The purpose of this document is to provide a simple and practicable tool, from an ethical standpoint, to guide the decision-making process of all those who make up Monex.
It gathers several guidelines and limits that should not be crossed, but most importantly, it clearly states our institution's values. This document is not a list of prohibited conducts; on the contrary, it contains the commitments that our company upholds with the different groups with who we relate to: clients, employees, shareholders, suppliers, counterparts, the environment, the community and our competitors.
This code is based on an ethical commitment, pursuant to the Law, loyalty to Monex, professionalism in developing company activities and the support and respect of internationally recognized human rights.
We encourage all of our team to apply the performance and decision-making principles contained in this document.
